We take pride in the quality of our candles and want you to have a pleasant experience with every purchase.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for damaged or defective products.
To qualify for a return or refund:

  • You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
  • You must provide a clear photo or video showing the damage or defect.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products that have been used or altered
  • Custom-scented or personalized candles (unless damaged)
  • Items returned without prior communication or approval
  • Damage caused by mishandling or misuse after delivery

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request:

  1. Email us at wicksnflames@gmail.comwithin 2 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, photo/video evidence, and a short description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps.

If approved, you may be asked to:

  • Return the product (if required), or
  • Receive a replacement or refund directly.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Damaged During Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging (including shipping label)

We will assist you with a replacement or refund based on the situation.
